My scales KD 8000 bakery scales with BPF baker's percentage function. The My Weigh KD-8000 kitchen scale with baker's percentage function has all the functions of the KD 7000 plus a percentage bakery function. Double stop protection, sturdy, reinforced and removable stainless steel platform, acrylic front plate protection and modular construction make these scales extremely durable. New baker's percentage function. The new My Weigh KD 8000 professional scale features a percentage button that makes baking bread easy. Simply place your flour in a bowl on the scale, press the percentage button, which then displays 100%, place each ingredient in the same bowl and your scale will display the percentage based on the flour. There is no need to find out how many grams or ounces are needed as the percentage function does this for you. So it is easy to make a dough for two or more breads. If you have never baked bread before, you will find fun with this scale.

Nice scale, seems accurate and looks good. Unfortunately quality control missed a bit. On opening, scale wouldn't sit flat on the counter. Then noticed the plastic side panel wasn't clicked in. With some force it finally pushed back in with worrying crack. Sits OK now. Also, a slight cosmetic blemish to the KD800 type face on the front panel which nags at me every time I use it.
