Produit impeccable mais je regrette que la boite ne soit livrée que dans une simple pochette papier!... Aucune protection pour un tel produit informatique.
Carte mère installée sans problème, équipé d'un I5-11600K et d'un SSD Sabrent Rocket nvme.
Installation de windows 10 en utilisant la carte vidéo intégrée: RAS. Lorsque j'ai installé ma carte vidéo XFX RX580, le PC ne boot plus. Nouvel essais du PC avec la carte vidéo intégrée uniquement: OK.
Je pense que mon Alim de 650w est trop faible. J'ai commandé et installé une alim de 850w.
Après plusieurs démarrages, le PC s'est soudainement mis en route. Le temps de mettre en place mes pilotes et d'installer quelques programmes et de vérifier que tout fonctionne, je l'étains pour l'installer à son emplacement définitif. Depuis, impossible de le refaire démarrer avec ma carte vidéo, il ne fonctionne uniquement qu'avec celle qui est intégrée.
Entre temps, je suis allé sur le site de Gigabyte pour demander de l'aide dans la zone "support". Il faut remplir un questionnaire interminable pour finalement avoir une réponse générique qui ne tient pas du compte de votre problème.
Bref, à court d'idées, j'envisage sérieusement de racheter une autre carte mère chez la concurrence malgré le prix que j'ai mis dans celle-ci.
Je suis dégouté...
