    ✅ Bevor Sie Heißluftfritteuse kaufen, überlegen Sie, wie viel Essen Sie in der Fritteuse zubereiten möchten. Wählen Sie eine Größe, die Ihren Bedürfnissen entspricht. Ich habe mich für 5.5 L entschieden: man kann für eine Familie leicht und schnell Essen zubereiten.

    ✅ Die Leistung der Heißluftfritteuse bestimmt, wie schnell sie das Essen zubereiten kann. Diese Heißluftfritteuse bereitet Schweinefleisch für 15-20 Minuten, das finde ich super.

    👍Warum habe ich Cosori gewählt, weil sich diese Firma in der Herstellung von Heißluftfritteusen spezialisiert und ist Nummer 1⭐️

    ✅ Es ist ausgezeichnete Heißluftfritteuse, die über eine präzise Temperaturregelung verfügt. Das Gerät ist leicht zu verwenden, man braucht keine Anleitung. Mit dem Gerät wird auch ein Rezeptbuch in vier Sprachen geliefert (2 Bücher: Deutsch, Italienisch, Spanisch und Französisch).     Die Leistung ist hervorragend, es hat sehr viele verschiedene Funktionen wie z.B. dass man die Fritteuse vorheizen kann, was innerhalb von paar Minuten der Fall ist.

    Die Bedienung sowie die Reinigung sind sehr einfach.

    Die Kapazität von 5,5 Liter ist auch super geeignet für größere Mahlzeiten.

    Und es wird sogar noch ein Heft mit, vielen verschiedenen Rezepten die man in der Heißluftfritteuse zubereiten kann mitgeschickt.

    Das einzige was mich etwas stört ist die Lautstärke während es läuft aber ansonsten gibt es keine weiteren Nachteile.

    Mein Fazit: Die Heißluftftritteuse ist definitiv empfehlenswert!

    La mejor decisión que he tomado ha sido hacerme con una freidora de este tipo. Anteriormente compré otro modelo que devolví porque el antiadherente no era de buena calidad, nada que ver con esta, en la que ningún alimento se pega, y por lo tanto se limpia rápido y fácil. Prácticamente la uso a diario, principalmente para las cenas. Somos 4, sobra, incluso para más personas. Es una maravilla, puedes cocinar de todo lo que se pueda freír, asar, dorar, gratinar, hornear....y todo sale riquísimo, lo único que es necesario es un poco de paciencia hasta que dar con la relación exacta en cuanto a temperatura y tiempo en el cocinado de los alimentos según el gusto de cada uno.
    Importante: pulverizar con aceite, sobretodo en los empanados. En los alimentos con grasa propia, no es necesario.
    Mientras cocina, puedes estar haciendo otras cosas, avisa en la mitad de cocción (según el programa elegido, esto no funciona en manual) y al final del cocinado. Si no se usa en unos minutos se apaga sola por seguridad.
    Además de cocinar bastante rápido , lo bueno que tiene es que apenas huele, ni mancha de grasa por salpicaduras y después se lava rapidísimo a mano o lavavajillas, y por supuesto, cocina más sano (menos calorías y colesterol debido a las grasas añadidas).
    Como ejemplo, puedo decir que he cocinado:
    Patatas fritas: 22 min 180 grados (quedan hechas pero no duras, como nos gustan, con el programa de patatas a 190 grados 25 min, para nuestro gusto quedan demasiado hechas. Yo las hago justo después de pelar y picar. Las salo y unto en aceite. He visto comentarios de dejarlas en remojo en agua, para mí el resultado es el mismo que haciéndolo justo después de pelar. Para un mejor resultado es mejor cortarlas todas iguales para que de hagan por igual. Con este fin, me he comprado un cortador de patatas).
    Costilla/Alitas/Pollo/conejo troceado: programa pollo que es 25 min a 195 grados, queda crujiente y sabroso.
    Lomo de salmón: programa pescado son 8 min a 175 grados (buenísimo, nada seco, en su punto).
    Bizcocho: programa postres 40 min a 160 grados.
    Pan: programa pan 45 min a 160 grados, tostar pan ya hecho apenas 2 min a 205 grados.
    Manzanas/peras asadas: 20 min a 180 grados.
    Huevo frito, lomo rebozado, hamburguesas, salchichas de carne: aproximadamente 6-8 min a 205 grados, muy jugosos.....
    Imprescindible, el precalentamiento. Sobretodo en determinados alimentos, en otros, no tanto, aunque lógicamente aumenta el tiempo total de cocinado si antes no se precalienta. Como mucho lleva 5 min (se puede ir precalentando mientras se prepararan los alimentos a cocinar).
    Para poder hacer muchas de estas cosas, que de otra manera no podría hacer, he comprado accesorios específicos para freidora de aire, medida 8 pulgadas (se anuncian así).
    La volvería a comprar: SI, SIN NINGUNA DUDA!, mi marido era muy escéptico antes de comprarla, y ahora parece el representante de la marca por cada freidora que recomienda :)
    8/11/2021: 2 años después, seguimos igual de encantados con la freidora, se ha convertido en el principal electrodoméstico en mi casa, la utilizamos para infinidad de platos y hasta mis hijos la usan sin problema (mi hija de 13 años llega a casa antes que nosotros, le dejamos el segundo plato aliñando en la nevera y mientras lo cocina en la freidora se come el primer plato, así lo tiene recién hecho). Al igual que nosotros, todos los conocidos que se han comprado la freidora, coinciden en que volverían a comprarla, que no puede faltar en casa. También hemos comprobado que los niveles de colesterol, desde que la tenemos, están en valores normales, antes siempre en los limites superiores.
    Los únicos peros, que le encuentro: 1º, es que cuando se quieren cocinar varios platos hay que ir haciendo por turnos, y dejar el primero casi hecho para terminar de hacerlo cuando ya este el segundo. En este sentido, incluso me he planteado tener dos freidoras, pero es mucho sitio el que me ocuparían...tal vez se podría rediseñar, para nuevos modelos, una cesta doble con un tamaño algo mayor de freidora. y 2º, con el tiempo, cosa que veo normal también, la cesta se vuelve complicada de limpiar del todo por los laterales, entre los canales de ventilación, aunque, lo importante es que la antiadherencia no la ha perdido aún.

    Estoy muy contenta con la freidora, tengo 2 meses utilizándola y cada vez pruebo nuevas opciones, he hecho patatas fritas, albóndigas, tartas, bizcochos, verduras, pollo entre otras cosas, y hasta ahora todo sale genial, y sin una sola gota de aceite. Excepto los empanizados de congelados, se cocinan bien pero al no llevar aceite no cogen ese tono dorado de una croqueta por ejemplo.

    Es fácil de usar y limpiar, es muy compacta al tener un diseño asimétrico.
