I installed the device to my VW car and performed the setup process as per instructions. The first time the search button allowed me to find my phone and register it. It worked once until I turned off the car and came back for a ride. Then the initial screen, as per attached photo, stayed like this for ever.
I disconnected the device, put it again and nothing happened. Same screen nothing changing at all. There is no RESET button.
I read again the manual which is actually saying if it does not work you should go to a website and connect to download the latest version. The website DOES NOT EVEN WORK! Website given: 192.168.50.2
I am going to return the device. Huge disappointment! I was really expecting it to work.
