Long range

The TC419 is a Bluetooth device of class 1 and has a range of up to 200 feet (60 m) with a clear field of view and up to 50-70 feet (20-30 m) indoors. The reach range with individual headphones depends partly on the antenna design. Larger headphones are usually better than TWS earbuds and other devices with miniature antennas. Therefore, smaller devices may have a shorter range. In general, operating range may be affected by physical obstacles (walls, people etc.), wireless interference (WiFi router, wireless TV adapter, etc.). This also applies to the receiver.

No lip sync delay

Stream audio to headphones or speakers without delay while watching TV, watching movies or playing games. Note: To achieve low latency (<40ms delay), the receiver (headphones/speakers) must also support aptX Low Latency/FastStream. Otherwise, there may be a delay of 70 to 220 ms.

Easy to use

The device supports status/codec indicators, so it can be set up and used very easily. The volume control can be used for many devices (e.g. air pods), which do not have their own volume control. Switch from wired to wireless mode by simply pressing the switch. No need to pull cables.

Multiple audio input options

Supports digital OPTICAL / AUX / RCA audio output standards, so that the device is compatible with 99% of TVs on the market. If you use digital optical audio out, please change the settings on your TV / DVD audio to PCM format, as the TC419 does not work with Dolby / DTS formats in optical mode. Nach zwei Wochen bin ich etwas eintäuscht von diesem Produkt, da ich bereits mehrere Artikel von Avantree besitze, z.B. zwei Avantree Audikast 4.2 und ein Avantree USB Adapter und immer damit zu 100% zufrieden war, habe ich mich für diesen Avantree Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter entschieden, als Haupt Transmitter in meinem Wohnzimmer für zwei Bluetooth Kopfhörer.

folgendes ist mir aufgefallen

Negativ
- ständige Ton Aussetzer, das ist teilweise unzumutbar, Anschluss am optischen Eingang, ein Tausch durch ein hochwertigeres Kabel, als das im Lieferumfang enthaltene, brachte keine Besserung, jedoch der Analoge Anschluss schein fast aussetzerfrei zu sein, natürlich höre ich jetzt dadurch bei Pausen im Ton ein Hintergrundrauschen in den Kopfhörern
- ein YouTube Video hat meine Erstinstallation erst zum Erfolg gebracht
- nach ausschalten des Flimmerkasten verliert er immer den zweiten gepaarten Kopfhörer, ich muss diesen ständig neu paaren
- das Gerät selbst macht fiepende Geräusche im Betrieb, mit Kopfhörern fällt das nicht auf, aber ich empfinde das als sehr Störend

Positiv
+ Die Reichweite ist hervorragend , ich nutze es jetzt im Keller für nur einen Kopfhörer

Daher kann ich nur zwei Punkte geben, hätte ich die Originalverpackung noch, hätte ich es lieber zurück geschickt.
Jetzt habe ich den Avantree Audikast 4.2 wieder im Betrieb im Wohnzimmer, mit dem optischen Kabel angeschlossen, dieser ist hervorragend.

Hab das Gerät gekauft um eine Alternative zu meinen analog Kopfhörer zu finden ...

Das Gerät funktioniert soweit was es verspricht . Wenn man folgende Dinge beachtet .

Die Codecs ...

Im sbc Modus hat das Gerät eine sehr gute Reichweite, im Mehrfamilienhaus mitten in der City komme ich locker in mein wohnraum sowie 2 Etagen höher oder tiefer ohne empfangsstörung zurecht mit dem bitteren Beigeschmack das die Höhen verzehrt sind , was den Grund hat das der Codec sbc die Übertragung nochmals neu decodiert im schlechteren Sinne was dem Orginal enstrpricht ! Um Bandbreite zu sparen . Getestet mit beatsx (vk ca 90 Euro ) .

Getestet weiter mit Sony Kopfhörer ( in war ) preis Segment .. 40 Euro .

Die Arbeiten mit dem Codec aptx normal ohne hd. Klang wow 😮 richtig gut keine Verzerrung um Höhenbereich ! Aber in der Reichweite , 6 Meter dann gibt es die ersten Störungen .

Das Gerät ist gut wenn man aptx nimmt mit der Beschränkung auf dem Raum . Wenn Mann Aber Reichweite möchte und die Qualität keine Rolle spielt dann mit den Codec sbc , dann wird das Versprechen gehalten mit 20m im Raum.
Leider wird es so nicht angegeben, deswegen nur 3 Sterne

Nuja dieser Transmitter ist Schrott dafür!!!

Aptx sehr guter klang , SBC sag ich jetzt richtig grottig, andere Hersteller beherschen es besser was nahe Aptx rann kommt, zwar nicht perfekt aber das zwitschern und zischen ist da nicht mehr.

Getestet mit JBL live 650 btnc,

Das Gerät kann ich ich für SBC Übertragung nicht empfehlen.

Moin,

ich habe das Gerät mal mit verschiedenen Geräten getestet.
Interessant ist dabei für mich nur des Aspekt als Sender zum Lautsprecher, damit ich mich allein in der Wohnung in einem Klangteppich bewegen bzw. überall mein Hörbuch hören kann, oder die Verbindung zum Kopfhörer, falls ich mal nicht alleine bin oder vors Haus rausgehe.
Ich habe ein Geräte ohne Akku für den Netzbetrieb gesucht, weil ich es nach Ende der Akku-Lebenszeit nicht austauschen müssen will. Als Stromversorgung dient hier ein USB-Ladegrät mit 1A.

Nun der Test in den einzelnen Punkten:

Die Kopplung an sich:
Problemlose Kopplung mit meinem Noname-Headset und allen unten aufgeführten Geräten.

Kopplung zweier verschiedener Lautsprecher:
2 Lautsprecher derselben Marke (in meinem Fall Marshall ‚Stanmore 1‘ und ‚Kilburn 1‘) funktionieren perfekt. 2 unterschiedliche Marken können einen versetzen Klang ergeben: Marshall und JBL (bei mir ‚Charge 4‘) harmonieren bei mir nicht, Marshall und mein kleiner, alter Westentaschenlautsprecher von Logitech schon, JBL und Logitech nicht. Das klingt dann wie ein Echo und wirkt sehr störend.

Kopplung dreier Lautsprecher:
Man kann an seiner Quelle ein Y-Stück anschließen (so eines, wo 2 Stück 3,5mm-Klink-Kopfhörer an eine Buchse passen), und dann an einen Ausgang einen Lautsprecher analog speisen und an den anderen den Bluetooth-Sender anschließen, der wiederum zwei Bluetooth-Lautsprecher kontrolliert. Auch hier entsteht ein Versatz, der sehr nach Echo klingt. Sehr irritierend.

So etwas kann man eigentlich nur machen, wenn man die Musik in verschiedenen Räumen haben will — mit geschlossener Türe. Ein geschlossener Klangteppich lässt sich hier mit nicht weben,

Reichweite:
Eine höhere Position hilft bei Funksignalen oft, bei diesem Test aber stand der Sender etwas mehr als kniehoch auf einen Karton.
a) Innenbereich:
Unsere Wohnung ist verwinkelt und an manchen Ecken muss das Signal dadurch mehrere Wände durchdringen. Kein Problem mit dem Marshall ‚Kilburn‘, und auch auch die Sony-Kopfhörer (MDRXB950N1) machen eine gute Figur. JBL hat schon einen Raum weiter mit nur einer Wand dazwischen einige Aussetzer. Auch Logitech macht sich nicht gut.
b) Außenbereich:
Von uns bis zur Straße sind es circa 20 Meter. Es bestand mit Ach und Krach Sichtverbindung durch ein Fenster. Alle Geräte finden, draußen neu eingeschaltet, schnell Kontakt und spielen. Wiederum sind Marshall und Sony sehr gut, JBL hat einige Aussetzer, die kleine Logitech-Box kratzt ohne Ende.
Interessant ist noch, dass mein kleines Noname-Nackenbügel-Headset stellenweise besser ist als der ihm sonst überlegene Sony. Gehe ich um das Haus herum, so ist hält in der einen Richtung der Sony länger durch, in der anderen das Billiggerät. Ganz ums Haus herum schaffe ich es aber mit keinem Gerät. Was das anging, war mein alter Funkkopfhörer tatsächlich überlegen.
Fazit zurReichweite: Die angegebene Reichweite halte ich für sehr geschönt, da hätte ich mir mehr erhofft.

Ich habe viel mit den Geräten hin und her probiert. Selten musste ich etwas neu koppeln (JBL, Sony), das ging aber schnell. Nachdem das Gerät vom Strom getrennt war, hat es die Empfänger trotzdem wiedergefunden.

Aussetzer:
Keine seitens des Senders, denn sie treten nur im Fernbereich auf. Lediglich beim Hinzuschalten oder Wegnehmen eines zweiten Gerätes, kann es eine unwesentlich kurze Unterbrechung geben, muss es aber nicht..

Bedienung:
Sehr leicht. Alle Symbole auf den Tasten finde ich selbsterklärend, und man braucht eigentlich nur zu wissen, dass man 3 Sekunden lang auf die Bluetooth-Taste drücken muss, damit das Gerät wild mit seinem Bluetooth-Lämpchen blinkt und sich einen neuen Partner sucht.
Anzeige:
Gut zu erkennen. Z.B. leuchten A und B, so diese Geräte über Bluetooth verbunden sind.

Gesamtfazit:
Für meine Bedingungen ein schönes Gerät, wenngleich es schade ist, dass die Verbindung doch nicht so weit reicht. Auch das (seltene) Neuverbinden zu einigen Geräten finde ich schade, wenngleich man fairerweise sagen muss, dass es auch an den Empfangsgeräten liegen kann. Insgesamt würde ich einen Stern abziehen wollen, doch das Gerät liegt durchaus im Erwartungshorizont. Ich halte es für den derzeitigen Stand der Technik für absolut empfehlbar.

Super Produkt wenn es über USB Stecker Strom bekommt

Hinweis: Für Leute die mit verbindungsabbrüche zu tun haben. Die Abbrüche sind der zur nidriegen Stromversorgung zu verdanken. Der TV scheint hierbei kein konstante Stromversorgung zu bieten.
LÖSUNG: USB Kabel an eine USB Stecker verbinden. Das Gerät bekommt so konstant Strom und die Bluetooth Verbindung bleibt stabil.

Nachdem die Lösung gefunden war, gab es auch keine Probleme mehr. Low latence Übertragung für 2 Kopfhörer in super Qualität.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen

I purchased this because I was fed up of the cheap one I purchased off eBay for £4 which lost reception as soon as I walked out of the room and I had to re-pair whenever I disconnected the headphones. With this Avantree TC419 it was easy to connect to my Sony Wh-1000xm3, (Just make sure you read the instructions properly on different connection options which I didn't do at first) and I can walk into any room in my home (Around 18m) without any reception problems. The only problem I found with this device is that the volume through the headphones is a little low and the volume buttons on the device do not seem to do anything, maybe they only work when receiving not transmitting.

All I wanted to do was to have music from my study system connected to the kitchen. This it does but be aware it glitches on occasion so if, like me, you will find than a annoying then Bluetooth may not be for you. Also be aware it introduces a delay so if you are in ear shot of both speakers there is an echo effect. In short if you can run a wire.

I thought it would extend bluetooth range to the kitchen from the lounge. Sadly dissapionted that this did not happen. The kitchen sink is 12m from there the device is placed. The sound quality is poor and intermittent at this range. It is not line if sight, but still within the house. It is not being used. Frankly I expected better.

Having had no luck getting cheap bluetooth transmitters to work efficiently I was extremely pleased with the TC419. Small, stylish and very easy to set up. I powered mine from the TV usb port and used the 1/4" jack to connect via the TV headphone socket. My Sony MDR 1a bt headphones paired instantly and the sound quality was very good. There was slight latency but much less than I had experienced with the cheaper transmitters. Being able to turn the unit on and off and pair without messing around at the back of the TV is a real benefit and I can now reliably watch TV in the early hours without waking the household.

Doesent work properly with 2 headphones

Works okay with my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 3 headphones, with good quality, but does break up a bit until it has made a steady connection after about a minute, even though I have transmitter right next to me on my desk!
But if I try and connect both my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 3 and a pair of Sony WH-XB900N headphones, the Avantree TC419 transmitter does not work, one of the connected headphones always has crackly noises making it impossible to listen to! I have been through all the settings and instruction manual and I am not doing anything wrong, the transmitter can not cope with two headphones!
