I bought the book a year ago. I am a retired Chef and Restaurant Owner. Thru my training in the Food department my remarks are:
1) The book was written and layed out in an excellent style,
2) The research of the items in the book must have taken a
long time and are very accurate,
3) The recipes are very defined and in a simple language,
so that everybody can easy read and produce them,
4) I bought more of the books and gave them away as Christmas
Presents to some of my friends,
5) I have over 500 books regarding the Food Industry, and
Conny's Book shall stay in my Library and I hope she will
come out with a new one in the near future.
