Although I love Judith McNaught's work, I did not like this book as much. The characters and the plot were very interesting. However, I did not like the fact, at all, that Meredith had slept with Parker and then Parker sleeps with her best friend, Lisa. This is almost obscene in that, in the end, when they are all best friends, three of those friends have all slept with each other. The picture would have been complete if somehow, Matt had slept with Lisa, so that they would have all known each other intimately.
