I really like the book series but it's a bit freaky that Elena dies, than she becomes a vampire, dies completely, than she's there as a ghost, and so on.
In my opinion it's just a bit too much.
It's easy to read and I like the relationships with a little struggle.
If you started reading the first two books, I think you should keep on reading.
