Frances Price has achieved what many have attempted but few have managed - good, interesting food that is good for you. The recipes always come out as you expect and are often even better than planned. The ingredients are realistic and common, but combined in ways that might not have occurred to you. I have given this book as a gift to many of my friends with great success.
