This app includes a short video for each excercise that shows you how to do it.
Each exercise takes 30 seconds.
before the nxt excercise starts you have 10 seconds to watch the video and get in position (which sometimes is kinda hard to get from standing up to lying on the ground or getting the dumbbells or putting them away). You however have the option to hit the "pause" button.
I've been using the 10 minute full body workout 3 times a week for a couple of weeks now and I like it. After a while one remember the excercise and it takes less time to get in the right position.
However I am missing a 15 minute workout, a thumbnail preview of the following excercise and a "skip" button that lets you skip a certain excercise one isn't able to do (if there's a medical condition or no dumbbells around or whatever other reason...) and fills the gap with another excercise. (maybe all of this is in the full version included)
