This book is not only for children,

When I read the last complaint of a member here, I just had to stand up and say : I disagree!
At first I was relunctant to read any Harry Potter book, because I donÂ't believe in hypes. It took me a while to realize (shortly before the fourth book came out) that this isnÂ't the case.
The way I see it, Harry Potter is a modern fairy tale, so YES, you have stereotypes. But they are so overdrawn, that they are again brilliant and very entertaining.
The characters DO evolve, but they donÂ't do it overnight. At the beginning HArry was barely 11, now heÂ's 13. This is just the start of puberty, so thereÂ's much more (life, evil, etc) in the future for him (if you keep on reading, what - as far as IÂ'm concerned - you should)... Be patient, let them grow up and have fun while they are doing so!
Now thereÂ's the 3rd film coming, and if you havenÂ't read the book yet: donÂ't be afraid to do so. But donÂ't try to compare them 1:1. The films have the spirit of the books, the charm, the looks, but they canÂ't give you the information the book can give :-)
