Mabel (Kristy McNicol) dreams of everything including the kitchen sink. The film loosely based on then Pirates of Penzance has most of the good songs mixed up with junk songs like "Give Me a Happy Ending" filled with half backed skits and off color puns it is hard to watch this to the end. There is no chemistry among the actors and even Kristy sleepwalks through her part.
Well if you can not think of anything original then corrupt a classic.
