When I received my first cup I found it broken and shattered. I was so upset so I contacted BMW Service right away with photos and within an hour they replied and apologized (I wrote to them on a Saturday)
Then 3 days after I received another new cup. No question asked.
The cup was in perfect condition when I
received it second time.
I was so pleased with your quick service, so professional I must say!! I'm so happy and so grateful for your kind help
and high standard of service. Also for sending another one so fast.
