- plenty of exercises,
- detailed instructions how to perform the exercises
- many workouts only with body-weight (helpfull, when you can not make to the gym that day)
- great pictures
- huge amount of workout plans, which are just amazing
- good structured book
- nutrition chapter could be bigger

If you like Mens Health Magazine, then this book is for you. It shows plenty of nutritional and excercize tips all in one place. You'll never read it cover to cover, but fine for the coffee table and flicking though. I've added a few new workouts, or adjusted existing ones on the content of the book.
Ironically all the models are super ripped muscle men, but the text implies that the reader is a fatty and needs to loose weight. I've already lost 20kg without this book (diet and sport), so I am very lean. Lets see if continuing and using these tips helps me get ripped too.
