This was my first novel of De-Ann Black and I was really disappointed. I read the whole book, but I found it hard to get through. For me it was only a lot of banalities lined up like beads on a necklace. There was no real highlight, no climax and even the bitch-proof suit had no real function in this novel. At the beginning I thought the suit should tame Verde, who had bitch-quality. But as soon as Blue hits Dublin, Verde turns out to be a real friend. They go shopping, to parties, at work there are no real challenges. And then Morgan and Sears - well it is rather soon clear, that Blue will get Morgan. Honestly the guy may be good-looking, but I don't know if he has some humour in his well-build frame.
Sorry, no more than 1 star for this book!
