The guitar was delivered pretty fast. It took only two days to arrive.
It was delivered in very proper packaging and an additional guitarbox.
It came with a short cable (2.5m) and an allen key set.
The guitar itself looks prettier in real life than it does on the pictures.
It's not just matte red, It's metallic flake red, so If you like that, It's a bonus.
There were no faults in the wiring as far as I could tell eventhough the soldering had been done somewhat sloppy so unfortunately that's where the fun ended.
I feel I may have gotten one one of those "monday morning models" because the people that worked on this one clearly did not feel like coming into work that day.
First off the action was set way too high.
It is way above the normal string height, making it impossible to play and the tremolo was not level and the guitar was not tuned and the fine tuning heads on the tremolo were very hard to twist.
Then there was the clear coat overspray blot on the neck that they forgot to file away.
When I checked the trussrod it was full of white residue.
I still can't make out if that was sawdust dried up in the milling process, or primer or other stuff but it shouldn't be there.
None of the cavity hole covers were cut to the right fit or maybe the cavities themselves weren't.
The routing channels were cut sloppily too and full of white routing machine residue, but what topped it off for me was the fact that in the cavity for the controls, there seems to be a fat hole of some kind that either was made by accident or just is rotted wood.
They covered it up from the inside with yet again unknown white residue.
Maybe it's bondo, maybe It's plaster, who knows?
They did however hide it nicely from the outside.
I ended up having to set up the string height (action), and adjusting the trussrod, levelling the bridge myself which is something that is normally done before the quality check in the factory.
In my opinion when you don't spend a lot of money on a guitar you can't expect a high end piece, but I do think that in this case this guitar has not gone through any quality check at all and I doubt this is how these should go out as it should be at least playable.
If you know what you're doing with guitars and know how to fix them or set up a guitar, it may be worth the money to play it at home.
If not I would recommend you save up for something that does go through a proper quality check because this specific done was poorly except for the paintjob.
I feel disappointed and that I had expected much more from this brand considering all the good reviews I read online.
