This book is one of the first books trying to go more into depth about Critical Chain Project Management. I was really excited when I found the book, because Goldratt's book just gives an idea about the fundamental principles.
So I was mainly looking for a hands-on guideline how to implement this concept. The solutions the author provides like informing everybody about the new approach of reliable 50% probability activity duration estimation sound good, but in practice a contractor hardly would follow this concept if not also contractual agreements are in place.
I must say that I was pretty disappointed about the book.
