I bought this book through my employer in order to get a good oversight over the "new" programming language from Microsoft C# and was not disappointed.

The book contains a well stuctured description of the C# language and describes all the different keywords, statements, expressions and programming techniques available and also how to use these correctly. There is very little in this book desrcibing the .NET framework for which this programming language was developed and also little desrcibing the many things possible with .NET. However, this is supposed to be a C# book and the language itself is very well covered.

This book will remain in my office and serve as an easy-to-use developing handbook and C# dictionary for months and years to come. This is a good buy if you're already into programming but wish to expand your knowledge by learning C#.
