It's just iPad images with a superimposed grid, but if you want a book of iPad templates to draw on, this is the book. The images are full-sized, so you can draw and plan to scale. Pages are perforated to tear out easily. If you're designing an app for iPad, you probably want something like this.

This is a pad of graph paper with a wonderful cover photo. I guess I didn't read the fine print but I thought it was a book on how to design iPad apps or at least some templates for it. Returned it.
