A Clockwork Orange (Norton Paperback Fiction) von Anthony Burgess
4.0 von 5 Sternen An Instant Classic, 26. Juli 2000
What a wonderful book, if you like reading about violent and graphic rapes, beatings, and the inner destruction of man- which I do like reading about. Only Burgess could conjure up a story so incredible, so vivid and disturbing that one could actually enjoy reading it. The language, by far, is the best since Shakespeare picked up a quill. Read this awesome book and it'll make you think twice the next time you think about methods of being nice.

This book gives new meaning to the word "vampire," or should I say "vampireS." The book is told so vividly it's incredible. I felt I was actually there, making stakes, driving them into hearts of the walking dead who wanted to suck my blood. Well, maybe not that that there. The book made me want to see the movie, trust me, save some time and skip the movie. Awful. Book, Good. Movie, Bad.

What I like most about this book is that there's no chapters. It's all a bunch of paragraphs stringed together. I love it! Not a scary novel, so SK fans beware. Still, with a great story and memorable characters it does good to the meaning of the word "novel." Read it.
