Ive been a big fan of Dr. Seuss books and characters for a long time. I did not grow up with these books (I did not grow up in an English speaking country), but ever since I was exposed to them I embraced with enthusiasm his zany and, yes, wacky sense of humor and appreciation for playful oddities. Now that I am a parent I have been buying his book with relish and enthusiasm, and exposing our little boy to them from the earliest age.
