About Your Account

You can use our self-service options in Mein Konto to view or change your personal settings and your orders.

You may visit your Amazon account to view your orders at any time by clicking on the Mein Konto button at the top of any page of our Web site, or by clicking on the following link:

After signing in with your e-mail address and password, you can make the changes listed below to any open order. Please note that it is not possible to make these changes to orders that are displayed as "Versand in Kürze", as they have already entered the dispatch process.

While using Your Account you can use the following features:

  • cancel items
  • change your delivery and invoice address
  • change payment method
  • change dispatch method
  • combine two or more open orders into one delivery
  • change your giftwrap and messaging options
  • apply a gift certificate (non-promotional)
  • change number of deliveries
  • check your order status and cost
  • change your e-mail address, customer name, password or payment card details
  • follow the progress of a retail order through the dispatch process
