Ordering with Your Mobile Phone
What can I buy from Amazon.de using my mobile?You can purchase most goods offered on Amazon.de from your mobile. Mobile phone plans are not currently available for mobile ordering, although you can purchase SIM - free mobile phones.
How do I place an order from Amazon.de using my mobile?Use your mobile web browser to access Amazon.de's mobile site. Go to your phone's web browser, type in Amazon.de, and you will be presented with the Amazon.de mobile site. Once you find the item that you would like to order, just add the item to your Basket. You will be required to sign in using your existing Amazon.de email address and password combination. Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, use the Proceed to Checkout button to confirm your details and complete the purchase.
Mobile 1-Click ordering is also available if you have enabled 1-Click ordering on your mobile (see below) click the Buy now with 1-Click button.
I can't remember my Amazon.de password. What do I do?For help finding your Amazon.de password, use the Forgotten your password? link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you prefer, you can also do this from your PC; go to Amazon.de on your PC web browser and click on Mein Konto at the top of the page, and then choose the Forgotten your password? link in the Personal Information section.
What if I don't have an Amazon.de account?To use Amazon.de on your mobile you must have an existing Amazon.de account, which you can set up from either your PC or mobile. To do this from your PC, visit Amazon.de, look for "New customer?" toward the top of the page and click the Start Here link to create your account. To do this from your mobile, go to Amazon.de with your mobile web browser, scroll to the links at the bottom of the page, and click on the Mein Konto link. Enter your email address then choose the No, I am a new customer option and click on Sign In and you will be given step-by-step instructions for creating a new Amazon.de account. This account can then be used from your PC or your mobile.
How do I find Amazon.de using my mobile?Mobile access to Amazon.de should be available from all mobile phone providers*. You can just type in "Amazon.de" directly into your mobile's web browser, or follow the links which your provider may have set up within their mobile portal.

How do I find an item on Amazon.de with my mobile?If you have an item in mind, just enter the item name, ISBN, ASIN or other search term(s) into the search box and click the "Go" button. You will then receive a list of the items most relevant to your search. If you'd prefer to browse, you can click on one of the category links to see a list of our best sellers within that category.
Is 1-Click ordering available from my mobile?Mobile 1-Click ordering is the fastest, easiest way to place and order on your mobile phone. 1-Click on your mobile is a separate feature than web 1-Click, and Mobile 1-Click must be turned on directly from your mobile device. Where will my Amazon.de purchases be sent?Purchases made using your mobile will be delivered to the default address in your Amazon.de account, unless you select a different address at the time of ordering. To change the delivery address or method while placing a mobile order, click on the Change button under the detail you wish to change on the Checkout page. This will allow you to select from your saved addresses or enter a new address. To set a new default address, visit Mein Konto on Amazon.de using your password.
I'm a Prime customer. Do I get my delivery benefits if I order from Amazon Mobile?Prime members receive the usual Prime delivery benefits when they order from Amazon.de on their mobile. All eligible Prime items will be delivered via free One-Day Delivery unless the order is upgraded to Express or Evening delivery during the order process. Items that are not eligible will be sent via free 1st Class Delivery if available.
How is my order charged?All purchases made using your mobile device will be billed to the payment method associated with your default address. When ordering on your mobile phone, you can edit the payment method for your order on the Checkout page. You can choose an existing payment method associated with your default address to complete the transaction or enter a new payment method if you wish.
Can I cancel an order I placed on Amazon.de using my mobile?You can cancel orders made on your mobile phone that have not entered the dispatch process by clicking on the Mein Konto link at the bottom of the Amazon.de mobile home page. You will be required to sign in to Mein Konto, then you will be able to view and edit your orders. You can also cancel mobile orders by visiting Amazon.de from your PC and clicking Mein Konto at the top of the page. Can I change an order I placed using Amazon.de using my mobile?You can change the delivery method, payment method or delivery address of a completed mobile order that has not yet entered the dispatch process by visiting Amazon.de from your PC and clicking "Mein Konto" at the top of the page. What types of phone work with Amazon.de?You need a mobile phone that has a web or WAP browser (this feature is available on most phones on sale today). If you are uncertain whether your phone and service plan are suitable for internet browsing, contact your mobile provider*. Most other non-phone internet-capable mobile devices can also be used to order from Amazon.de.
Can I call Amazon.de to place an order?We're sorry, but we do not accept phone orders. Please place your order using our Amazon.de mobile service described above, or using our web site.
