Terms and Conditions for Amazon.de Promotional Gift Certificates

• Each promotional claim code may be used only once. Generally, only one promotional claim code may be used per order.
• Promotional gift certificates of a specific promotion are limited to one claim code per customer. Promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order. It is possible to use one promotional claim code in combination with one or more gift certificates per order.
  
• Some promotional claim codes are restricted to specific products or single items. In this case the promotional claim code may not be used to pay for gift-wrap, shipping charges or other charges.
  
• Each Promotional gift certificate is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer. It is not possible to extend the expiration date. Redeemed and unused promotional codes and balances may expire as well.
• Promotional gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other customer accounts. Promotional claim codes cannot be resold.
  
• Promotional claim codes can only be redeemed at http://www.amazon.de or http://www.amazon.at toward the purchase of products sold by Amazon.de. They cannot be redeemed at any other website, e.g. Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca or Amazon.cn.
  
• Promotional gift certificates and offers may not be used for purchases from third party sellers (e.g. Amazon.de Marketplace)  and Warehouse Deals, for magazines ("Zeitschriften") or for downloadable goods and gift certificates.
  
• Promotional gift certificates can only be redeemed by using the Shopping Basket ("Einkaufswagen"). It is not possible to redeem a Promotional Gift code by using the 1-click ordering method.
• For some promotions promotional funds may be applied to your account directly. These funds will be shown in the order form and deducted from your order's total automatically. These Terms and Conditions may be applicable in this case. Please review the relevant promotion's rules for all details.
• If your offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
  
• If you are ordering items to be shipped to more than one address, a separate order will be created for each address. The promotional offer will be applied to only one of the resulting orders provided that the order meets the restrictions associated with that offer. In addition if a minimum purchase amount is required, only one single order may participate.
• Promotional offers and promotional gift certificates cannot be applied to open orders already placed with Amazon.de or with orders that are complete.
• If you return items purchased using a promotional gift certificate, you will not receive a refund for the amount of the offer. Promotional gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced.
  
• Items saved in the shopping basket or items saved to buy later may be out of stock or only available through third party sellers only when you return to place your order. In this case they will not qualify for a promotion.
  
• Only items listed in the promotional offer and shown on the product detail page will qualify for a promotion. Other or similar items will not apply.
  
• Each offer is valid while stocks last.
  
• Amazon will not replace items or promotional gift certificates or grant any discounts once a promotion terminates.
• Regular Shipping costs and other fees may also be charged for promotional items.
