I purchased this book about a year ago, and have found it informative and helpful. I teach a Sunday School Class called "The Jewish Root of Christianity" and this book has been an invaluable aid in my teaching.
One of the things I liked about the book was that there is a recipe for "Clotted Cream" which I haven't found in any of the other recipe books I have read. There is quite a variety of recipes for spreads in addition to scones for every occasion and taste! The book is well worth having in your collection!
