This book helped me to understand that my body is God's temple. It is my responsibility to serve God by taking care of His temple. Making small changes each day is the key to permanent changes. Although this book is not specifically about weight loss, following these small changes in habits, brings about that too. After following the suggestions, I felt better, healthier and more energetic. Making one small change at a time is so much easier than trying to change your whole life in a day.
