One of the best books on strength training, 18. Juni 2013
Dan John delivers a decent approach on weightlifting and strength training. The book is subdivided into several chapters that give an insight into the author's profound experience as a strength coach in various sports. Dan John has tried everything himself. The fact that his advice on training rather comes from thousands of hours of personal experience than from a theoretical basis also makes the book a good read. I couldn't put it away!
If you combine it with Marc Ripptoe's "Staritng Strength", you'll have everything you need for life-long training as well as coaching.
