This video includes 45 minutes massage programe. I thought it would be more explanatory providing more information of how to do things. Also I would like to mention that there are not subtitles available.
It is just like watching someone massaging a patient and nothing more.

Just to confirm that I bought this weather station. I think it has a reasonable price as it measure temperature humidity and pressure history. I could say that temperature and humidity results are accurate.
This model also includes a weather indicator(some sort of forecasting capability). If I got it right the weather forecast is based on the changes of the outside pressure. It is not the perfect forecast but still is a good "indicator" how weather will change after 12 hours. We got some good results with it.
I would recommend this weather station as it provides indoor and outdoor measurements with some sort of forecasting capability.

Just to confirm that is a nice bag. Well at first I didnt like the idea of ordering a bag from the internet. I wish amazon had more images for this product. Anyway everything went fine and the bag looks nice :)

Just to confirm that this soundcard works perfect in Linux. I use it on an opensuse 11.2 for skype phone calls. Works like a charm. I give 5 stars because it works as it is intended to do. I am not a sound expert to rate how good is the sound that it provides but I could say that the sound is good for phone calls and for listening to youtube videos.
