This collection of cookie recipes is one I return to again and again throughout the year. Not only has every execution of each recipe achieved perfection, but each one is presented with absolute clarity. In particular, I appreciate that the ingredient measures are also given in weights (ounces and grams), a system I prefer in baking where measurements are critical. The only complaint I have is with Willaim Morrow, the publisher. The book is shoddily constructed and sections fall out easily...my edition is in about twelve pieces. A book as good as this one deserves better binding.
