The pack includes: the SS account of the battle, with a cover note signed by Heinrich Himmler; VC citations for a glider pilot and paratrooper; the US 82nd Airborne colour map of the landing and attack on Nijmigen; SOE signals sent to London; war diaries for two paratroopers and Grenadier Guards; an aerial reconnaissance photograph of destroyed SS armour on the bridge at Arnhem; a congratulatory letter from a colonel in the US 101st Airborne to Irish Guards; the ULTRA decrypt of the German analysis of the battle; and the Ordre de Mission for the SOE and OSS teams.
