Synopsis
The original textbook "Principles of Warmwater Aquaculture", published in 1979, has been considerably revised and expanded to include coldwater and mid-range species with a focus on animals. This text emphasizes commercial food production, the rearing of sportfish, ornamental species, the production of plants for stocking, and fee fishing. The economics, production and developmental problems of aquaculture are also considered.
