Most of the dreams I've looked up made sense to what was going on in my life when I had them. For example, when I was upset with my mom I had a dream that I was in this house with spiders all over the ceiling, walls, and floor. I looked up the word spiders and it said I felt 'caught in' a conflict connected with mother. I only gave this book 3 stars because more than once the contents of my dreams aren't listed in the book. But for the dreams that are found in the book their meanings are pretty accurate.

This book was very good and helpful, but I think that too many of the symbols were some how related to sex. I may not understand what some of my dreams mean,but I am sure that they all didn't have sex at the bottom of them. Besides this, the book was very helpful.
