I am in the process of opening a restaurant and was loaned this book by the local Small Business Administration office. I have found it very helpful in how to handle every facet of the operation, from how to hire,train and motivate employees to how to handle all of the financial aspects and everything in between. I have to give this copy back, so I turned to Amazon to purchase my own copy. Another book that I have found very useful (also purchased from Amazon) is Restaurant Management: Customers, Operations and Employees by Robert Christie Mill.
