I really enjoyed this book. I've copied ideas onto note cards and took them to work. I am on a journey to change my life from the inside out and this book had some great ideas. I sit at a desk all day and the suggestion #20 on page 16 was helpful. The positive messages are helping me to have a positive attitude and helping me to be happier and more positive at work and at home. The book may have ideas that you have heard before, but are you practicing them? Some things I am already doing, but others, not, so it was a good reminder. I like how the book is simply written. Someday I would like to write a book or a blog like it.
