Finding something tasty for lunch everyday can be very trying as even your favourite choice can quickly become boring if you have it too often. So what can you do? I was recommended this book by a friend and have to say I really loved it. Has lots of great ideas for snacks, wraps, salads, sandwiches and soups you can make for lunch and features everything from homemade Maple Banana Granola Bars to Caesar Salad Sandwiches. Much needed book that will prevent lunchtimes being boring; highly recommended.

We loves to eat. And I am always searching for something new and tasty foods to prepare for my family. Great that I found this book. Now I got some new recipes for them to try that I think they will surely like. The recipes in this book are quick, easy, healthy and all made with food that is easily available in your local grocery store. I love all the recipes in which offer whole wheat, as well as gluten-free options. All was delicious and contains lots of vegetables and delicious treats we love without all the fattening calories and added preservatives. That's why I would recommend this book for you to try something new that really can improve your lunch. Thanks for sharing !

I love the nutritional fact after each recipe and I love LOVE the kale chips, they are just so tasty and so good for you. Also the mandarin chicken salad is definitely a winner too..

Lunchtime at work ... usually too fast, too expensive and not particularly healthy. Pack your own and you eliminate travel/order time, cut the costs by more than 1/2 and treat your body better. This book from Lynn Hall gets you refocused in a positive direction with some recipes that will make you look forward to a less hectic, healthier and more cost-effective lunch. BTW, you'll get back the cost of the book before you finish the first week of replacing fast food with good food from home like Dijon Ham Wrap, Strawberry Chicken Salad, and Pizza Croissant Roll Ups.
