This books was great!
I've always wanted to go veggie but never done so until now, and I'm so glad I've found this book to encourage this, this book tells you everything you need to know about becoming a vegetarian and the healthy way to do so. I wanted to become a vegetarian to loose weight but was at first quite wary of the costs but this book helped me realise that it doesn't have to be expensive!

Great book- Very pleased!

Being a pure vegetarian, I feel I am always short of recipes since my choice are limited, yet I have never regretted a day of being a veg! Exposure to digital media enabled me to purchase some good recipes book that give me the perfect pleasure to cook and add a variety to my life. This book is a great one for anyone. Throughout the duration of my life so far I have always been a keen meat eater due to the lack of vegetarian cooking options and also the additional costs that this decision may have incurred. Recently I have been keen to lose a bit of weight for the Summer holidays etc and thought that becoming veggie may be the easiest and healthiest option for me! My friend recommended this book to me after having purchased it too, and so I was eager to buy it right away. The recipes within it are not only easy to make, but the majority of them are also very cheap and do not take a huge chunk out of my monthly wages!!! I absolutely love this book and I do believe that because of it I will stay a veggie for a very long time! - 5 Stars!!!

I'm trying to eat healthier but found that I had very few recipes for vegetables and I'm really not into elaborate cooking ant longer.
