Going onto a Vegan diet is a big decision and main issue around it is, what do I eat? This book solves that problem! It only has a small amount of information about being on a Vegan Diet, but it's the meal plan that makes this book amazing! You don't even have to think about what you are going to eat in the beginning! The recipes are great! The ones I have tried have been easy to make and very tasty! Vegans get this book!

Overall, there looks like a great variety of recipes here. I've been vegan for 6 years now, and think those new to the vegan diet might have difficulty with this book. Like they might wonder about the menu and why there aren't recipes for some of the items... like the milkshakes, Green vegetable sandwich, Lemon tea, Lentils with Tofu pasta, Mixed pulses and lentil curry, Onion fried brown rice, Bean spicy cutlet, Fresh green creamy peanut salad, and Bean spicy cutlet. And this list only looks at days 1 to 4 of 15 Day Vegan Diet Plan, so don't expect to find recipes for these in this collection. I would have liked to have seen the recipes for this vegan diet plan actually in the book... or to see the diet plan changed to include the recipes included in the book.
Those new to a vegan diet might need to know that when Worcestershire is called for (ex. Creamy coconut spaghetti), it means Vegan Worcestershire (there are recipes you can find for this, or you can look to purchase this in health food stores). And when bread slices or toast are called for, be sure it is vegan bread (no cow's milk, eggs, or butter).
All that being said, I am excited about trying some of the recipes in this book... they all sound very wholesome, hearty, and tasty.

For regular people, the thought of going even an entire day without meat (or anything from animals) is enough to make them cringe with fear. But for those willing to be a bit more bold or dedicated, this book makes veganism much more easy and much more attainable. Even the lack of animal protein won’t be too much of an issue; plant proteins from soy, legumes, and even vegan cheeses are noted well here. And to help new vegan tryouts, the middle and further parts of the book contain meal plans and appetizing vegan recipes to try. And there are A LOT of vegan recipes to try here.

I really enjoyed this book Vegan as it gives a really clear picture of what Vegans can actually eat! I loved the 15 day eating plan and all the recipes that go with it, because it really helps you live a life with different foods! I have Vegan friends and they generally eat the same 5/6 meals but with this book there is so much to try! It helps you to have a more balanced Vegan diet and the experimenting is fun too!
