Even if you have read every article Natalie has posted on Baggage Reclaim and on twitter, she has out done herself with this one. It is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

I am getting divorced from a Mr. Unavailable, and when I read this book, I would've sworn the author personally knew my husband. I had driven myself crazy trying to save my marriage, beat myself up, and blamed myself for the state of my marriage. After reading this book I realized I was not crazy, and no matter what I did to change myself, it was not going to work, because my husband was and still is UNAVAILABLE. I love this book, it is hands down amoung the top 3 relationship books I have ever read in my life (and I've read a whole lot of books in trying to work on my marriage). Emotional unavailability is kind of like having a disease or ailment and you don't know whats wrong with you, and then after reading this book, it gives your disease a name, and then you can find the cure, heal, and move on. This book helped change my life.

NML is a remarkable woman (the author). Her book has changed my life in such a positive way. If you've ever had any kind of boundary, self esteem or confidence issues in your relationships then this is a must read. If you've ever been at a loss wondering why you fall for men that are losers and couldn't maintain much emotionally let alone a decent relationship, then this is a must read. If you are a young woman who wants to learn how to master healthy boundaries this is a must read. This book is also a fabulous insight for men aswell as women. Natalie's wisdom from the school of life is breath taking. I don't often take the time to write reviews but my passion for this work is so great that I really wanted to. I hope the book receives the success it deserves xxx :
