The book is huge, but an easy read and very enjoyable. Much better than investing money in any other weight-loss form. Fantastic recipes (that even picky husbands enjoy). Only drawback is that all measurements are in american form (ex.bar of butter??). But other than that, I hightly recommend it for people who DONT'T like dieting and want to loose weight and live a more balanced lifestyle. Though this is a "dieting" book, it certainly doesn't feel like it- and even super stubborn pounds will be shed!
