Difficult to understand 16. Juni 2014
Von George Jackson - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
These information from this book does not support the economist research theory. I understand the concepts of freakonomics, but it seems that the author of this book did not. This book repeats only the stories form the book and does not translate the concepts. This did not teach me how to change my thinking because it does not have any valuable insights. Get the book instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book shows you how to think outside the box, to throw away inhibiting conventions, and make your own path in life. The author show how his can benefit you in business and in your personal life. The book also tells you how to ignore your emotions and think about things from a logical and unbiased standpoint in order to find success in your life. This summary of Think Like A Freak gives a new dimension of understanding to this economic analysis.

great summary of the book 31. Juli 2014
Von A. Diaz - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
This is a very well done summary albeit a lot of the stories are left out there are enough to make the book enjoyable and carry the key messages the authors were trying to get across. Definitely an enticement to read the entire book.
Commonsense strategies for solving problems big and small 10. Januar 2015
Von Kate - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
I've been a huge fan of Levitt & Dubner's ever since Freckonomics came out. This Instaread summary of their newest book, Think Like a Freak, reduced all the chapters into a quick and interesting read that covered all the essential points of how best to solve problems. I was interested to learn that sometimes what seems like a big, unsolvable problem can be solved by just asking a different question. In other words, 'think like a child,' as the authors suggest. Discard preconceptions right at the start when trying to solve a problem, and start by solving small parts of the problem first. A lot of this seems like commonsense when you think about it, but everybody needs reminders now and then. This summary did a good job of hitting the highlights and made me decide to buy the full book.
Concise, Informative guide that is worth the price 4. September 2014
Von Stefanie - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
Having read Freakonomics and Superfreakonomics, I found this Instaread summary of "Think Like A Freak" to be very informative, yet short and concise. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants some solid principles to incorporate into their daily mindset, without having to dive into a long book.

The win-win perspective for problem-solving made a lot of sense for me. As mentioned in the book, there is no right or wrong, just factors that you can swing in your favor. I really enjoyed this analytical approach to problem-solving!
