A fantastic, detailed, beautiful guide book

As an avid kiteboarder and windsurfer I was very excited to learn about the release of this book. Upon first receiving my copy of the book I was impressed by the size, quality and attention to detail. The guide is a fantastic piece of work. All regions of the world are covered with detailed information and many beautiful all color pictures for each venue. The first section of the book deals with Meteorology and Oceanography with topics on the world oceans, formation of wind, earth's winds, local wind phenomena, waves and tides. Then the regions are explored, one interesting spot after another. The "travel info" for each location is very helpful and detailed as well. Overall this is a must have "dream" travel guide book for any adventurous wind sport enthusiast. I highly recommend it.

Great book, full color, lots of information not just about places to visit, but winds, tides etc.
The book is quite large, not a pocket book and has beautiful full color pictures. The only negative I found was for the price you should be getting a hard cover.
Go Buy It, this is one of a kind!

This was a gift for my son who is really into windsurfing. He picked it out and really wanted it. The satisfied grin on his face was all the "thanks" I needed!
