I have been interested in yoga for a while now but did not know how to start. So when I saw this book it caught my interest. When I began to read ---it intrigued me and kept me engaged. The author stated yoga is a holistic approach to health and aligns the body and mind to achieve a perfect state of well-being. I love the step by step guide to different yoga poises. The book does an excellent job of explaining what yoga is and all the health benefits. I love the idea of looking thinner, toner and beautiful. And inner peace is an excellent bonus. I cannot wait to get started. Thank you for a well researched and excellent book. Great read.

This book gives the reader a lot of information on practicing yoga. This includes the benefits of greater physical health, mental and spiritual well being, and a deeper connection to your soul and the world around you. Yoga helps you to become more in tune with your body and promote better health within yourself by thinking positively.

You can tell that the author is passionate about yoga and has really studied up on the subject.The book also explains yoga in a way that is captivating, unlike other books that read with as much zest as a instruction booklet.This is a great go to guide for those curious or wanting to start taking up yoga. I sometimes force myself into practicing sports - because I know it is healthy. Given this, I started giving a thought to alternate options for relaxing my body and mind. I've been wanting to get into yoga for awhile now, but don't have the time to take group classes and can't afford private sessions. When I saw this book I knew it was perfect for me; it's easy to follow and the guide is very well written.

I even suggested it to some of my friends, that have also been interested in learning. I've already started to look more fit and I've lost some weight as well.

I would get this if you are like me and don't have the time to go to local classes, because I found it perfect for just practicing on my own time at home.

This is something that fit my needs just right and I know it will do the same for you!

This book will get you started no matter what your age or shape. It explains the different styles of Yoga, what you will need and even explains the breathing techniques.

I'm really having fun learning about Yoga and the stretching has me feeling so much better.

Great price for an excellent book!
