Sirish Rao is one of the most exciting new voices in contemporary Indian writing, He has authored and co-authored several successful books for children, including the award-winners In the Dark and Antigone, as well as An Ideal Boy, a documentation of Indian popular art. Gita Wolf has written over a dozen books for children and adults, including the award-winners A Very Hungry Lion, Hensparrow Turns Purple, and Trash! On Ragpicker Children and Recycling.
