I discovered this series by accident looking through Amazon's recommendations, and it is excellent. Very entertaining, cleverly written and very exciting. Can't wait to read the next book in the series...

Our 11-year old is a big reader and had somehow missed The Sisters Grimm books until recently. When a friend loaned her the first book she was hooked. She zoomed through all the available books and especially enjoyed Book Six: Tales from the Hood. We're spending quite a bit of time talking about the original fairy tale characters vs. the way they are depicted in Sister Grimm books.
Ella is waiting with bated breath for the next book in the series - but a bit worried that a movie won't live up to her idea of the imagined world featured in this series.

This latest instalment of the Sister Grimm Series is yet one more of Michael Buckle's hits. Who would have thought that the long arm of justice would ever be able to reach the big bad wolf?. The Wolf is in jail; he will be held accountable for crimes done 600 years ago... will the Sisters Grimm be able to prove him innocent and get him out of jail? should they get him out of jail at all? New characters show up making the story even funnier and making you wonder at the seemingly endless imagination of their author...
The Sister Grtimm Series has become one of the most beloved series in my house. They are full of extremely funny, clean humor for all ages. I highly recommend them. Kids and adults will enjoy them equally.
