Kurzbeschreibung

No matter what anyone has read, studied or listened to , yours is not a additional source, it is all one needs” Margeret Fergusson Program Participant

Enables readers to think less to achieve more bridging the gap between thoughts and actions

Breakthrough process to quickly simplify your thoughts, and transcend from a state of confusion and indecision to calmness and right action.

“I’ ve read books from Dale Carnegie, Norman Vincent Peale, Neale Donald Walsh, Paul Wilson, Eckhart Tolle and other great teachers and authors. Ever since I was about 14 years old I read everything I could get my hands on. Sometimes I’d think I had it figured out, but would soon bounce back to where I was before. Nothing seemed to be enough to hold my attention for long. Finally I wasn’t doing anything with any program any more. And the same goes for other things in my life. So now I am almost 38 years old, and never achieved much, in spite of my far-more-than-average knowledge of self-help, positive thinking, the ways of the mind, etc. Then I read this. And now, for once, I feel a silence in my mind, body, and spirit like I never experienced. I am grateful to you in a way I cannot express. And I know this is only the beginning. Thank you Vish, for helping me achieve what no other teacher ever could.” Carlos V- Program Participant

4.0 von 5 Sternen Go Within,Find your Silence 29. April 2012
Von viswagandhi kannan - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Von Amazon bestätigter Kauf
We are thinking approximately 60,000 thoughts per day.
Most of us are struggling with Mind Chatter.
What kind of boon it would be if we can have only fewer thoughts?
This little book helps to achieve that exactly.

A great revealing: You are not your thoughts and the feelings associated with them.
You are the sum total of your moments and Intentions, not your thoughts.
Thoughts are never good or bad.

When your thoughts are transparent to yourself, then the Law of Attraction will work for you.
Five minutes of silence each morning will help you along the way.
Choose your next best thought.

Nice comparison between Google and the mind.
Mind is not intelligent enough on itself,we need to make it to choose our thoughts wisely.

Then comes the 3 magical words.

We are learning about the zero effort model for life based on 12 universal principles.
If We learn to acquire the power of discrimination, our dependency on mind decreases.
For that we need spend more time in the present moment.
To spend this precious time,we need to find our P-Spot.

Vish comes up with a very powerful definition of silence: Silence is nothing but delaying your next thoughts.

I love this quote: All victories have been won in the mind first.

Another good one: Trust is nothing but spending quality time.

There are life changing exercises throughout the book which will help you immensely.

The chapter on the Power of Knowledge is a great eye opener from what we are thinking as knowledge.

Viswanath's journey to have fewer thoughts and his passion for vivekanandha's teachings is resonating with my journey.

The Author says the message is much more important than the messenger, but we are doing the opposite.

The story of Narada about illusion is a nice one.
What is your jug of water?

Stop seeing and Start watching,my friends!

What is your P-Spot?

It is a great little book which helps immensely to have fewer,Powerful Thoughts, silence your mind chatter.

Highly recommended.

4.0 von 5 Sternen Achieve unparalled inner transformation 18. April 2012
Von Manish - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
It will help you get rid of all your negative thoughts that have been interfering with your
ability to live life powerfully. The blank notepad exercise helps one understand the importance of
having fewer and more consistent thoughts, importance of transparency between thoughts
and actions. Once we accomplish these two, i.e. having fewer but more powerful thoughts,
and consistency between thoughts and actions - all our desires will come to us.

A word of caution -- Just reading the book won't do you any good apart from intellectual stimulation.
So, go through each exercise as it has been suggested with a gentleness, love, and grace - you will
achieve an unparalleled inner transformation.

5.0 von 5 Sternen Zero Effort 27. April 2012
Von Bellevue - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Dear Vish, your book helped me to clear the clutter and the noise. It allowed me to embrace no mind with your anecdotes and personal experiences. Surrendering to serenity is the gateway to inspiration and fulfillment. The book clarifies the way of being that must be allowed before other law of attraction teachings can be realised. Your personal attentiveness and passion for the cause made the difference in the execution. Thank you, Paul.
