Bill is currently the owner-operator of the Gypsy Wolf Cantina in Woodstock, New York. William Durkin was literally born in to the restaurant business. His mother birthed him at a family-owned restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he has worked in family-owned and other restaurants throughout his life. This crazy business helped Bill provide for himself through his college days and afterwards. The experiences and insights he gained, helped him to overcome the obstacles and failures along the way to ownership of his own successful restaurants.
