I have been trying the Paleo diet for a while now and found it a little overwhelming going through a book stores shelves and be inundated with tons of information when looking for a simple quick guide that has appealing recipes. This book lays out the key points in the Paleo Diet whether you're on the vegetarian or meat lover side of things. The recipes are easy, quick and delicious! Can't wait to finish trying them all! Highly recommend this one!

I really liked this book! I've been slowly going vegetarian for awhile now, and sometimes it can be hard to find good recipes that are easy to make. This recipe book is probably one of the easiest ones I've read. I too really enjoyed the baked eggs in avocado. How have I never heard of that before? They tasted really well together. We had parents visiting from out of town and I decided to try the Spinach Mushroom and Tomato Frittata for their brunch. Everyone really liked it and even the kids went back for seconds. I'd recommend this book for anyone, vegetarian or not, as it has some great simple recipes. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Although I'm not quite ready to give up meat, I have been slowly minimising it in our diet by looking for hearty and healthy alternatives. Paleo Diet for Vegetarians provided me with just. I love the idea of eating using more natural ingredients and fewer processed foods and the book offers plenty of easy to prepare recipes to choose from. Just the fact that I managed to get my kids to eat Spinach in the Frittata made the book a worthwhile choice for me.

The recipes are very good and creative. My only problem with this cookbook is that all the recipes have coconut flour or oil in them and I have to substitute because I am allergic to coconut. It would be nice if cook book authors provide substitutes if people are allergic to things. I probably will substitute almond flour and olive oil or peanut oil mostly.

I recently started to eat more vegetarian dishes and found that sometimes they could be pretty generic and boring. "The Paleo Diet for Vegetarians" offers exciting meals which I will totally recommend to my friends.
