Ysanne Spevack has written seven books about organic and real food, including the consumer bible Organic Cookbook, and Fresh & Wild Cookbook for the retailers of that name. She has also acted as a consultant to the food industry, advising diverse organisations including the Soil Association, Tesco and Marks & Spencer. She is currently developing a television series idea, plus writing new books.
