Active in the culinary community for over twenty-seven years and a former cooking school director, Mary Ellen Evans shares her expertise with others through writing and teaching. She is the author of Vegetable Creations and Bistro Chicken, and is a contributor to Eating Well and Cooking Pleasures magazines. Addicted to travel, she leads food-related tours in Provence where she owns a home. Her culinary background includes studies at La Varenne and Lenôtre in France. Mary is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Les Dames d'Escoffier.
