In this book Henry Evans shares with you his own personal 'rags to riches' story. Like other business leaders, Henry's career showed telling signs of a budding entrepreneur even at a young age, but he didn't act on it fully. He followed the highly recommended path of corporate 'servitude', and soon discovered it was only making other people rich. Without giving up the safety of employment he took lessons from his own successes and failures, added the teachings of powerful leaders, and IMPLEMENTED his way to success in the little time he had available to him.
In his no-nonsense style, Henry not only shares his own journey, but gives you the practical ways he personally built his business. From the power of focused action to how to 'actively' read a book to maximize the actionable lessons out of it... he covers a lot of ground. In one section he talks about business lists... and I've been able to use the resources he gives to build up my own business list and add hundreds of qualified prospects to it.
I liked "The Hour a Day Entrepreneur" a lot. I suspect that there are many people that are looking for ways to get to the life that they want. This book both inspires in its story-telling and instructs in its lessons. I also suspect that he has a lot more to teach, so I'm giving it 4 out of 5, but it I recommend it as a welcome addition to any aspiring entrepreneurs library.
